How We Work
OutcomesOS - How We Install Governed Speed
OutcomesOS is our operating system for high-stakes delivery. It begins with an Owner Charter that defines decision rights, required inputs, service-level objectives, control limits, and escalation paths. No ambiguity. No re-litigation.
01
Owner Charters
Decision rights, inputs, SLOs, control limits, escalation paths defined upfront. The Owner drives; SMEs contribute; leadership overlays only when governance requires it.
02
Decision SLAs
P0 decisions ≤ 48 hours. P1 ≤ 5 days. P2 ≤ 10 days. Executive Q&A ≤ 24 hours. All decisions logged within 24 hours. Late decisions trigger escalation automatically.
03
Day-21 Ship Rule
Each lane ships one governed artefact by Day 21: telemetry wall, governed copilot, Scale Flight 1, live experiment, or Capital Dossier. If enterprise gates block it, we label it a workshop and reset with you.
04
Proof Chips
Day-14, Day-30, Day-90 artefacts show what changed. Scoreboards publish leading versus lagging metrics, reviewed weekly in working backwards from customer cadence.
What Day-21 artefact would create immediate confidence for your board? Which decision bottleneck, if removed, would unlock the most value in the next 90 days?
Engagement Process
Diagnostic to Proof in 30 Days
1
30-Minute Diagnostic
We listen. You describe where value leaks, which decisions stall, and what proof would build board confidence. We assess fit and propose scope.
2
Day 7: Baseline & Charter
Owner Charter defined: decision rights, inputs, SLOs, control limits, escalation. Baseline metrics captured. Go/no-go decision made together.
3
Day 21: First Artefact
Telemetry wall, governed copilot, Scale Flight 1, live experiment, or Capital Dossier shipped. Proof visible; control limits set; decisions logged.
4
Day 30: Proof Review
What changed? Metrics in band or variance explained. Scoreboard cadence installed. Decision to extend, hand back, or pivot made with evidence.
5
Day 90: Outcome Scoreboard
Leading versus lagging metrics reviewed. Target band achieved or corrective options proposed. Clean hand-back or new Charter with 30-day scope-lock.
We price on outcomes, not hours. Scope locks for 30 days; extensions require mutual agreement and a revised Owner Charter. If proof doesn't arrive or governance erodes, we document the gap and either reset or hand back—no stranded consulting theatre.

If this approach fits your operating reality, we can run the diagnostic this week and decide go or no-go together. FuturePulse Ventures doesn't sell certainty; we install mechanisms that let you act with confidence when stakes are high and speed matters.
